LSCC Trade Visit to Chile
Date: Sunday, February 26, 2017 - Tuesday, March 7, 2017
Chile is one of South America's most stable and prosperous nations and a founding member of the United Nations. It is a long narrow country, one of the longest in the world, and is a land of bewildering diversity. The climate ranges from desert in the north to alpine glaciers in the south. Our visit to Santiago will take place towards the end of the summer when the average temperature is a comfortable 21 to 25 degrees. Chile is recognised as a safe and reliable place in which to do business and, according to the World Bank, it is the easiest country in Latin America with which to trade.
The visit we have planned, inclusive of direct British Airways flights, is exceptionally good value at just under £2,000 whereas every tour company we have approached was charging a minimum of £3,500. However, BA will only hold flights at our current discounted price until 17th December, so bookings should be placed by then. An outline of our planned itinerary is attached but is subject to discussion and amendment. For anyone wishing to spend longer in Chile and see more of the country, we will be happy to discuss extensions to the group itinerary
