Stand Up for Your Health
The workshop will demonstrate and give advice on the types of exercise or therapeutic movements/activity that could be used to increase levels of mobility that would seamlessly fit into their work environment or work process.
Preferring a holistic approach, the workshop will also look at how you can prepare yourself mentally for the work day ahead.
Nutritional tips will also be discussed plus a cookery demonstration on how to eat healthily at lunchtimes with recipes that can be easily put together at work or pre-prepared as a pack lunch.
