"Electronic Assistive Technology"
Adapted computer technology can help disabled people in many different situations. One such situation is in the workplace, where people can acquire a disability and have difficulty in still being able to carry out their work.
Our presentation this evening will explain how, despite acquiring an age related or other disability, people can carry on in the same position at work and employers can retain valued, trained and experienced staff
Our speaker is Julian Lee, General Manager of the Aidis Trust. He has 16 years experience in implementing electronic assistive technology and will explain in plain language how people with disabilities such as strokes, multiple sclerosis, etc can remain in work and lead independent lives.
